    Shipping costs:

      • EU: €4.90 flat rate

      • EU countries (worldwide): from 9.90 € flat rate

      • From 60 € order value: free shipping (worldwide)

    Delivery time:

We process each order individually. Because we work with many different suppliers, we can't always immediately provide an exact delivery time on our website. After you place your order, we'll check for you whether the item can be delivered to your address and, if so, how long it will take.

Delivery time is approximately 2–5 business days after receipt of payment. Items with longer delivery times will be marked accordingly, or we will notify you after your order. For certain products, delivery may also take 10–20 days.

If the delivery time is too long for you, you can cancel your order at any time.

    Shipping service provider:
We ship via post and various parcel delivery services, depending on the destination country.
