Shipping Information

Delivery Area:
We ship within the EU, to the USA, UK, and worldwide. You can see if an item can be delivered to your location either directly on the website, or we will determine it for you after purchase.

Shipping Costs:

• EU: €9.90 flat rate

• Non-EU countries (worldwide): from €19.90

• Orders over €60: free shipping (worldwide)

Delivery Time:

We process each order very individually. Since we work with many different suppliers, we cannot always immediately display an exact delivery time on the website. After you place your order, we will clarify for you whether the item can be delivered to your address and, if so, approximately how long shipping will take.

The delivery time is approximately 2–5 business days after receipt of payment. Items with a longer delivery time are marked accordingly. Or it will be announced by us after the order. For certain products, the delivery time can also be 10-20 days.

Should the delivery time then be too long for you, you can still cancel the order at any time.

We ship with the postal service and various parcel delivery companies, depending on the destination country.
