Right of withdrawal after receipt of the goods

Cancellation policy:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you received the goods.

Consequences of revocation:
If you cancel the contract, we will reimburse all payments, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery), promptly and at the latest within 14 days.

Right of withdrawal after ordering in the shop

You have the option to cancel the contract within 24 hours of placing your order, or until we send you the possible delivery with an order confirmation.

If for any reason you decide that you do not want the product, that you made a mistake, or that the delivery time is too long for you, you can cancel free of charge within this period.
