Shaman's rattle. This maraca shaker is used by witch doctors and shamans for various dance ceremonies to bring healing, blessings, and rain. It is approximately 25 cm long and 12 cm wide, but dimensions vary considerably due to differences in the sizes of coconuts and other organic materials used for the instrument. It has a wooden handle and tassels, with some local tribal decorations that will vary from piece to piece. These authentic rattles make great percussion and both look and sound for a holistic ceremony. We now sell these to a number of practicing witches and shamans throughout Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Americas. Approx. 200 g (varies). Each piece is unique.
