1. Order Processing Time

To calculate when you will receive your order, please add the processing time to the transit time.

Order Cut-off Time: [e.g., 14:00 CET (Central European Time)]
Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday).
Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Costs & Destinations

We ship worldwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination.

Free Shipping: We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders over €60.00.
European Union (EU): Flat rate of €9.90 (for orders under €60).
Non-EU Countries (USA, UK, & Worldwide): Flat rate starting at €19.90 (for orders under €60).

3. Estimated Transit Times

Transit times depend on your location and the specific product ordered. We partner with reliable postal services and parcel delivery networks (such as DHL, DPD, and local postal services) to deliver your items.

Standard Products: Transit time is typically 2 to 5 business days after the order has been dispatched.
Extended Delivery Products: Because we work with specialized global suppliers, certain items have a longer transit time of 10 to 20 business days. (Note: Products subject to this longer delivery timeframe are explicitly marked on their respective product pages).

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For Non-EU Orders)

For orders shipped outside of the European Union (e.g., to the USA, UK, or Switzerland), your package may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and clearance fees once it reaches the destination country. Esowikishop is not responsible for these charges; they are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

6. Order Cancellations & Delays

If you accidentally purchase an item with an extended delivery time (10-20 days) and prefer not to wait, you may contact our support team to cancel the order for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been processed and shipped.

If there are unforeseen delays due to carrier issues or customs processing, we will notify you promptly.
