Notice for EU Customers: We offer a global 14-day return policy as a voluntary extension. If you reside in the European Union, this 14-day policy does not affect or restrict your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht). Part 1: Esowikishop 14-Day Global Return Policy

1. The 14-Day Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 calendar days from the exact date your item is delivered to request a return and dispatch the item back to us. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return under our 14-day policy, your item must meet the following strict conditions:

  • General: The item must be in the exact same condition that you received it—brand new, unused, and in its original, undamaged packaging.

  • Crystals & Gemstones: Must be returned in their original state without any chips, scratches, or physical damage caused by the user.

  • Books, Tarot & Oracle Cards: Must remain in their original, unopened shrink-wrap. We do not accept returns on books or decks that have been opened or read.

  • Apparel & Yoga Wear: Must be unwashed, unworn, and have all original tags attached.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Herbs & Teas (Kräuter): Once the seal or packaging is opened.

  • Incense & Aromatherapy (Räucherwerk & Düfte): Opened essential oils, burned incense sticks/cones, or used smudging bundles.

  • Candles (Kerzen): Any ritual or standard candle that has been lit, melted, or physically altered.

  • Body & Wellness Tools: Used acupressure mats (Akupressurmatten), cupping sets (Schröpfen), or worn body jewelry/amulets.

  • Digital Goods: Digital downloads or personalized/custom-made items.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the shipping package without contacting us first.

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at office@esowiki.com with your Order Number and the reason for your return. If an item arrived damaged, you must attach clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping box.

  2. Receive Authorization: We will review your request within 1-2 business days. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the exact Return Address.

  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item and ship it to the provided address. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the product, you (the customer) are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives broken or we sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label or reimburse your shipping costs upon receipt of the item.

  • Restocking Fee: Esowikishop does not charge any restocking fees.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Inspection: We process and inspect all returns within 2 business days of receiving them at our facility.

  • Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment. You will receive an email notification.

  • Bank Processing Time: Please allow an additional 3 to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to officially post the refund to your account.

Part 2: Gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht (Statutory Right of Withdrawal for EU Consumers)

(The following terms apply exclusively to consumers within the European Union during the first 14 days after delivery.)
