The arnica body oil is suitable for massage or daily body care.

- For daily skin care after shower or bath, rub sparingly into the still slightly damp skin. This allows the oil to be distributed well and absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy film.
Arnica massage oil must only be used on uninjured skin and not on mucous membranes. For arnica hypersensitivity, the use of calendula massage oil is recommended.
